You already know something is off. You just can’t always say exactly what.
Maybe it’s the way small disagreements feel bigger than they should. The way you say yes when you mean no, and notice the resentment afterwards. The way you’re doing everything right on paper and still feel like something has quietly slipped.
Most people carry a sense that things are not quite aligned, without ever having a structured way to look at where.
WHAT ALIGNMENT MEANS
Alignment isn't a mood. It's something you can see clearly.
Self-Relationship Alignment looks at sixteen specific dimensions of how you relate to yourself and to the people around you: things like Identity and Values, Emotional Regulation, Boundaries, Communication and Conflict and Repair. Each one gets its own score, based on how you actually answer.
That means you get a result that is specific to you, and a clear place to start, rather than a general sense of encouragement.
WHAT WE HOLD TO
Three things this framework holds to.
Not a philosophy to admire. Three working commitments that shape every result you’ll ever get from us.
Principle one
Awareness before direction. We never suggest what to do next until we've measured where you actually are.
Principle two
The relational work is still self-work. Every dimension of the Relational Wheel measures you, your patterns, your part, which means you can do this work whether or not anyone else is ready to.
Principle three
Honesty over comfort. A low score is described plainly, because a plain, accurate picture is more useful to you than a softened one.
HOW THE ECOSYSTEM WORKS
From your first result to lasting change.
Four steps, in order. Each one earns the next. Nothing is sold to you before it’s useful.

Raising the next generation without losing yourself.
We also work with parents rebuilding their own alignment alongside the demands of raising children, and with young people building an adult life on their own terms. Both have their own workbook, written for exactly that stage of life.
Working with schools, employers and organisations.
If you’re exploring this framework for a school, a team, or an organisation, we’d like to hear from you directly.
THE FOUNDER
Built from lived experience and developed into a structured framework.
The Aligned Self was built by Yemi, drawing on her own journey through misalignment and rebuilt identity. It’s a structured framework built from what actually helped.
The Aligned Self is a self-development tool, not a diagnostic or medical service. If you’re going through something that feels bigger than a website can hold, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.
